When setting up the Jack, there is a retaining wire used to prevent the jack from lifting during shipping, this proved to be quite a challenge to remove.
Whilst a handy back up, we don’t recommend this jack for frequent use in a professional garage.

Tips for Maintaining the Arcan XL20 Black Low Profile Steel Service Jack
